  • 12 oz chicken sausage fully cooked, sliced
  • 1 medium zucchini sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 0.5 red onion wedged
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp paprika
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss chicken sausage and vegetables with olive oil and seasonings in a bowl.
  3. Place everything in the air fryer basket in an even layer.
  4. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until browned and tender.
