Ingredients
  

  • 1 jar roasted red peppers drained
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.25-0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • chili flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Blend roasted red peppers, garlic, and olive oil until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Stir in cream and warm gently.
  4. Add parmesan and stir until melted.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  6. Adjust consistency if needed and toss with pasta.

Notes

Add pasta water to thin sauce. Use cream cheese for thicker texture.
