Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Pat fish fillets dry and brush lightly with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Press the top side of each fillet into the parmesan mixture to coat.
- Place fish crust-side up on baking sheet.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Use firm white fish fillets about ¾–1 inch thick for best results.
