- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté briefly.

- Add gnocchi and cook 2–3 minutes until tender.
- Reduce heat and stir in parmesan until smooth.

- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Add a splash of cream when reheating to loosen sauce.
