Ingredients
  

Alfredo Gnocchi
  • 1 lb potato gnocchi
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.75 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 0.5 tsp salt or to taste
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Wooden spoon
  • Cheese grater

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté briefly.
  2. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  3. Add gnocchi and cook 2–3 minutes until tender.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in parmesan until smooth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Add a splash of cream when reheating to loosen sauce.
