Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot thinly sliced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning optional

  • Wooden spatula

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add broccoli and carrots; sauté 3–4 minutes.
  3. Add bell peppers and zucchini; cook 3–4 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Season and cook until tender-crisp.

Notes

Add lemon juice or chili flakes for extra flavor.
