Ingredients
  

Shrimp
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 0.33 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce low sodium
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Method
 

  1. Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and sesame oil.
  2. Sear shrimp in olive oil until just cooked, then remove.
  3. Simmer sauce until thickened.
  4. Return shrimp and toss to coat.
  5. Garnish and serve immediately.

Notes

Do not overcook shrimp; remove as soon as opaque.
