Ingredients
  

Bagel Dough
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • Optional toppings sesame seeds, poppy seeds, everything bagel seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, and self-rising flour until sticky dough forms.
  3. Shape dough into 4–6 bagels, pressing ends to seal.
  4. Brush with water or egg wash and sprinkle optional toppings.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  6. Cool slightly and serve warm or toasted.
