Cookies
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter unsweetened
  • 1 egg large
  • 0.75 cup powdered sugar-free sweetener erythritol or monk fruit

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix peanut butter, egg, and sweetener until smooth.
  3. Form dough balls and place on baking sheet.
  4. Press with fork and bake 10–12 minutes.
  5. Cool before serving.

Notes

Do not overbake for best soft texture.
