Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 0.5 cup coconut milk full-fat, canned
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup to taste

Equipment

  • High-speed blender or food processor
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Add frozen pineapple to blender.
  2. Pour in coconut milk and sweetener.
  3. Blend until thick and creamy.
  4. Scrape sides as needed.
  5. Serve immediately or freeze briefly for firmer texture.

Notes

Use frozen fruit only—fresh pineapple will not produce the correct texture.
