Ingredients
  

Stir Fry
  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups green beans trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
Sauce
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions sliced

Equipment

  • Large skillet or wok
  • Mixing bowl
  • Whisk

Method
 

  1. Whisk soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water in a bowl.
  2. Stir fry green beans in oil for 4–5 minutes and set aside.
  3. Cook chicken in the same pan until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add garlic and ginger and cook briefly.
  5. Return green beans to the pan.
  6. Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables.
  7. Cook until sauce thickens and coats the stir fry.
  8. Top with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
