- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese until melted and smooth.
- Mix in almond flour and egg until dough forms.
- Knead dough until smooth and elastic.
- Roll dough into crust shape between parchment sheets.
- Pre-bake crust until lightly golden.
- Add toppings and bake until finished.
Notes
Work with the dough while warm for easiest handling. Reheat briefly if it stiffens.
