  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 egg large
  • 0.75 cup almond flour finely ground

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese until melted and smooth.

  5. Roll dough into crust shape between parchment sheets.
