- Warm the heavy cream until hot but not boiling.
- Place chocolate chips in the blender and pour warm cream over them.
- Let the mixture sit for 1 minute to melt the chocolate.
- Add cocoa powder, maple syrup or sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth and glossy.
- Pour into dessert glasses and refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set.
Notes
Top with whipped cream, berries, or chocolate shavings before serving.
