Ingredients
  

Layers
  • 2 cups refried beans
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa chunky preferred
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 0.5 cup black olives sliced
  • 0.5 cup green onions chopped
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning optional

Method
 

  1. Spread refried beans evenly in a serving dish.
  2. Mix sour cream with taco seasoning if using, then spread over beans.
  3. Layer guacamole evenly over sour cream.
  4. Add salsa as the next layer.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  6. Finish with olives and green onions.
  7. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
