Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 1.5 lb fresh salmon fillets skin removed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
Garnish
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Pat salmon dry and cut into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Toss salmon with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Arrange salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway through, until cooked through and lightly golden.
  6. Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice to make the bang bang sauce.
  7. Transfer cooked salmon to a bowl and drizzle with bang bang sauce.
  8. Toss gently to coat and garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro before serving.

Notes

For best crispiness, keep the sauce separate until after air frying and avoid overcrowding the basket.
