Method
- Freeze beef 30–45 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
- Marinate beef in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes for at least 4 hours.
- Preheat air fryer to 160°F–175°F (70°C–80°C).
- Arrange beef strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 2–3 hours, flipping halfway through, until dry but still pliable.
- Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Adjust cook time for slice thickness.
