Ingredients
  

Beef Jerky
  • 1 lb beef top round, flank steak, or sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Freeze beef 30–45 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
  2. Marinate beef in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes for at least 4 hours.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 160°F–175°F (70°C–80°C).
  4. Arrange beef strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 2–3 hours, flipping halfway through, until dry but still pliable.
  6. Cool completely and store in an airtight container.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Adjust cook time for slice thickness.
