- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Whisk melted butter, honey, vanilla extract, and lime juice in another bowl.
- Coat pineapple pieces with the butter mixture.
- Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and caramelized.
- Garnish and serve warm with optional vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
