Ingredients
  

Pineapple Base
  • 1 fresh pineapple peeled, cored, cut into rings or chunks
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  3. Whisk melted butter, honey, vanilla extract, and lime juice in another bowl.
  4. Coat pineapple pieces with the butter mixture.
  5. Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon sugar mixture.
  6. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and caramelized.
  8. Garnish and serve warm with optional vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes

Fresh pineapple gives the best caramelized flavor and texture. Serve warm for the juiciest, sweetest result.
