Method
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Drizzle olive oil over chicken and coat evenly.
- Mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
- Rub seasoning mixture evenly over chicken thighs.
- Place chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, then flip chicken.
- Cook another 10–12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
