Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 6 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp dried thyme
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp chili powder optional
  • fresh parsley for garnish
  • lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over chicken and coat evenly.
  4. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
  5. Rub seasoning mixture evenly over chicken thighs.
  6. Place chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 12 minutes, then flip chicken.
  8. Cook another 10–12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  9. Rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
