Method
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat pickle slices completely dry with paper towels.
- Prepare breading station with flour, eggs, and seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Coat pickles in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
- Arrange in air fryer basket in a single layer and spray lightly with oil.
- Air fry 7–8 minutes, flip, spray again, and cook 5–7 minutes until crisp.
Notes
Serve immediately for best texture. Reheat in air fryer if needed.
