Ingredients
  

Pickles
  • 2 cups dill pickle slices patted dry
Breading
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or panko
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat pickle slices completely dry with paper towels.
  3. Prepare breading station with flour, eggs, and seasoned breadcrumbs.
  4. Coat pickles in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
  5. Arrange in air fryer basket in a single layer and spray lightly with oil.
  6. Air fry 7–8 minutes, flip, spray again, and cook 5–7 minutes until crisp.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture. Reheat in air fryer if needed.
