Method
- Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Toss steak with olive oil and air fry 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Melt butter with garlic until fragrant.
- Toss cooked steak bites in garlic butter and sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve immediately, optional chili flakes for heat.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking and searing.
