Ingredients
  

Steak Bites
  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika optional
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  3. Toss steak with olive oil and air fry 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. Melt butter with garlic until fragrant.
  5. Toss cooked steak bites in garlic butter and sprinkle with parsley.
  6. Serve immediately, optional chili flakes for heat.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking and searing.
