- Cut sweet potatoes into even fries. Soak in cold water 20-30 minutes, then drain and pat dry thoroughly.
- Toss fries with oil, cornstarch, and seasonings until evenly coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Arrange fries in single layer in basket.
- Air fry 8 minutes, shake or flip, then cook 7-10 more minutes until crispy and golden.
- Serve hot immediately for best texture.
