Ingredients
  

Main
  • 4 chicken breasts boneless
  • 1 cup white rice uncooked
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 tbsp butter sliced

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Baking dish
  • Aluminum foil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix rice, soups, and broth in a bowl.
  3. Spread mixture in baking dish and place chicken on top.
  4. Sprinkle onion soup mix and add butter slices.
  5. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 90 minutes.
  6. Rest briefly and serve.

Notes

Do not remove foil during baking to ensure proper cooking.
