- Cook bacon until crispy, crumble, and set aside.
- Cook breakfast sausage until browned, drain, and set aside.
- Spread thawed hash browns evenly in the baking dish.
- Layer sausage and bacon over hash browns.
- Sprinkle cheddar and Swiss cheese evenly on top.
- Whisk eggs, cottage cheese, milk, green onions, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika together.
- Pour egg mixture evenly over casserole layers.
- Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes until center is set and top is golden.
- Rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
