- Cut angel food cake into 1-1.5 inch cubes.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Heat oil to 350°F in a skillet.
- Fry cake cubes in batches until golden, 1-2 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels, then toss hot bites in cinnamon sugar.
- Serve warm, optionally with glaze or dipping sauce.
Notes
For a healthier version, air-fry at 375°F for 5-8 minutes after lightly spraying with oil.
