Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 4 cups cauliflower florets
  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 6 cups chicken bone broth
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Sauté onion, garlic, ginger, and turmeric in olive oil.
  2. Add cauliflower and broth, then simmer until tender.
  3. Add chicken, season, and finish with lemon juice.

Notes

Blend a portion of the soup for creamier texture if desired.
