Ingredients
  

Cheese Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Antipasto Coating
  • 0.25 cup black olives chopped
  • 0.25 cup green olives chopped
  • 0.25 cup roasted red peppers diced
  • 0.25 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 0.25 cup mini pepperoni or salami chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
For Serving
  • crackers
  • crostini or baguette slices

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Place cheese mixture on plastic wrap and shape into a log.
  3. Combine olives, roasted peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, pepperoni, and parsley.
  4. Roll the cheese log in the antipasto mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Serve with crackers or toasted bread.

Notes

This appetizer can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator until serving.
