- Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper until smooth.
- Place cheese mixture on plastic wrap and shape into a log.
- Combine olives, roasted peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, pepperoni, and parsley.
- Roll the cheese log in the antipasto mixture until evenly coated.
- Wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Serve with crackers or toasted bread.
