Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 0.5 cup cornstarch
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Honey Sauce
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
Garnish
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions sliced

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Coat chicken pieces with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook chicken in oil until golden and cooked through.
  3. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, vinegar, sesame oil, water, and cornstarch.
  4. Cook sauce in skillet until thickened.
  5. Add chicken and toss to coat.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
