Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 2 mangoes peeled and cubed
  • 2 avocados cubed
  • 0.25 red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
Dressing
  • 2 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Cube mangoes and avocados.
  2. Slice red onion and chop cilantro.
  3. Whisk lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Toss gently and serve immediately.

Notes

Add avocado just before serving for best freshness.
