- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Cook eggs in a buttered skillet until softly scrambled.
- Place bagel bottoms in baking dish.
- Layer eggs, cheese, and bacon on each bagel bottom.
- Place bagel tops on the sandwiches.
- Brush tops with melted butter and seasoning.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until warm and cheese melts.
Notes
You can substitute sausage, ham, or vegetables for the bacon.
