Ingredients
  

Slider Base
  • 12 mini bagels sliced
  • 6 eggs
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese cut in half
  • 8 slices bacon cooked
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Cook eggs in a buttered skillet until softly scrambled.
  4. Place bagel bottoms in baking dish.
  5. Layer eggs, cheese, and bacon on each bagel bottom.
  6. Place bagel tops on the sandwiches.
  7. Brush tops with melted butter and seasoning.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until warm and cheese melts.

Notes

You can substitute sausage, ham, or vegetables for the bacon.
