Ingredients
  

Fruit Base
  • 4 pears halved and cored
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 0.5 cup walnuts chopped
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp butter melted optional
  • mint leaves for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Cut pears in half and remove cores.
  3. Place pear halves cut-side up in baking dish.
  4. Mix berries, walnuts, cinnamon, vanilla, lemon juice, and salt.
  5. Fill pear centers with berry mixture.
  6. Drizzle honey and melted butter over pears.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until pears are tender.
  8. Serve warm with garnish if desired.

Notes

Serve with yogurt or ice cream for extra richness.
