Ingredients
  

Pancake Bowl Batter
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats or oat flour
  • 1 scoop protein powder vanilla or unflavored
  • 0.5 cup milk of choice
  • 1 egg white large
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt or applesauce
Toppings (Optional)
  • fresh berries
  • yogurt
  • chopped nuts

  • Mixing bowl
  • Blender or food processor
  • Oven-safe bowl or ramekin
  • Whisk

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an oven-safe bowl.
  2. Blend rolled oats into flour if using whole oats.
  3. Mix dry ingredients: oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon.
  4. Whisk wet ingredients: milk, egg white, vanilla, yogurt or applesauce.
  5. Combine wet and dry until just mixed.
  6. Pour batter into bowl and bake 20-25 minutes.
  7. Cool slightly and add toppings.

Customize with your favorite protein powder and toppings for variety.
