Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an oven-safe bowl.
- Blend rolled oats into flour if using whole oats.
- Mix dry ingredients: oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon.
- Whisk wet ingredients: milk, egg white, vanilla, yogurt or applesauce.
- Combine wet and dry until just mixed.
- Pour batter into bowl and bake 20-25 minutes.
- Cool slightly and add toppings.
