- Season warm sushi rice with vinegar mixture.
- Bake salmon at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes.
- Flake salmon and mix lightly.
- Mix mayonnaise and sriracha.
- Press rice into mini muffin tin.
- Top rice with salmon.
- Bake assembled bites 8–10 minutes.
- Drizzle with spicy mayo and garnish.
Notes
Serve warm. Add avocado after baking if desired.
