Salmon
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Season and bake salmon at 400°F until flaky.
  2. Sauté garlic in butter.
