- Brew strong chamomile tea and let cool completely.
- Freeze ripe banana chunks for at least 2 hours.
- Add all ingredients to blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

Notes
Use double-strength chamomile tea (2 bags per cup) for maximum calming effect. Freeze bananas in advance for instant prep.
