  • 2 large ripe bananas frozen
  • 1 cup brewed chamomile tea cooled, strong brew
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1-2 tbsp raw honey
  • 0.5 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp ground cinnamon optional

Method
 

  1. Brew strong chamomile tea and let cool completely.
  2. Freeze ripe banana chunks for at least 2 hours.
  3. Add all ingredients to blender.
  4. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour into glasses and enjoy 30-60 minutes before bed.

Notes

Use double-strength chamomile tea (2 bags per cup) for maximum calming effect. Freeze bananas in advance for instant prep.
