  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Mix bang bang sauce ingredients until smooth.
  2. Brown turkey with garlic in skillet.
  3. Stir in sauce and simmer briefly.
  4. Serve over rice and add toppings.
