BBQ Chicken
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 0.5 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
Coleslaw
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 0.33 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp lime juice or more to taste
Assembly
  • 4 flour tortillas large
  • fresh cilantro optional
  • extra BBQ sauce for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce, honey, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, and lime juice; mix with coleslaw.
  3. Lay tortillas flat and add BBQ chicken down the center.
  4. Top with creamy coleslaw and drizzle with more BBQ sauce.
  5. Fold sides inward and roll into wraps; slice and serve.

Notes

For meal prep, store chicken and slaw separately to prevent sogginess.
