Method
- Blend peeled and sliced peaches until smooth. Strain if desired.
- In a pitcher, combine peach puree, lemon juice, and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Add cold water, mix well, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice cubes, garnish with peach slices and fresh mint.
- Optional: Replace part of water with sparkling water for fizz.
Notes
Adjust sweetness or tartness to taste. For a slushy version, blend with ice.
