Beach Peach Lemonade

Ingredients
  

Fruit & Lemonade
  • 3-4 ripe peaches peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice about 4–5 lemons
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 4 cups cold water
  • ice cubes
  • fresh mint for garnish
  • peach slices for garnish

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Pitcher
  • Fine mesh sieve (optional)

Method
 

  1. Blend peeled and sliced peaches until smooth. Strain if desired.
  2. In a pitcher, combine peach puree, lemon juice, and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  3. Add cold water, mix well, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
  4. Serve over ice cubes, garnish with peach slices and fresh mint.
  5. Optional: Replace part of water with sparkling water for fizz.

Notes

Adjust sweetness or tartness to taste. For a slushy version, blend with ice.
