  • 500 g beef sirloin or flank steak
  • 3 bell peppers (mixed colors)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Method
 

  1. Marinate beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and oil.
  2. Sear beef in a hot pan, then set aside.
  3. Stir-fry garlic, ginger, and bell peppers.
  4. Return beef, add sauce ingredients, and simmer.
  5. Thicken with slurry and finish with sesame oil before serving.
