- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and line with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, beat melted butter and brown sugar until combined. Add eggs, apple cider, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour half the batter into the loaf pan. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture, then top with remaining batter. Swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
- Slice and serve plain or with butter.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 2–3 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
