- Butter one side of each bread slice evenly.
- Place one slice butter-side down in a skillet. Add burrata and season lightly.
- Top with second slice, butter-side up.
- Cook over medium-low heat 4–5 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Rest briefly, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Cook low and slow to avoid burning while warming the burrata.
