Garlic Bread
  • 1 baguette halved lengthwise
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice baguette lengthwise.
  3. Mix butter, olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread mixture over bread evenly.
  5. Place on baking sheet and bake 10–12 minutes.
  6. Broil 1–2 minutes for crispiness.
  7. Slice and serve warm.
