Main
  • 3-4 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1.5 tbsp Hawaiian sea salt
  • 1 tbsp liquid smoke
  • 1 cup water or broth

Equipment

  • Slow cooker
  • Forks for shredding
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Season and pierce pork.
  2. Place in slow cooker with liquid smoke and water.
  3. Cook on low until tender.
  4. Shred and mix with juices.
  5. Serve warm.
