Ingredients
  

Meatballs
  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 preferred
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 egg large
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 onion finely grated
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl and let soak briefly.
  3. Mix in egg, cheese, garlic, onion, herbs, and seasoning.
  4. Gently fold in ground beef until just combined.
  5. Roll into evenly sized meatballs and place on baking sheet.
  6. Bake 18–22 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned.

Notes

Rest meatballs 5 minutes before serving for best juiciness.
