Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs boneless skinless
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Teriyaki Sauce
  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 0.33 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp ginger fresh grated
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Method
 

  1. Brown seasoned chicken in skillet.
  2. Whisk teriyaki sauce ingredients.
  3. Simmer sauce until thick.
  4. Toss chicken with sauce.
