Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups arugula fresh
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 0.25 cup goat cheese crumbled
  • 0.25 cup toasted nuts almonds or pecans
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Method
 

  1. Add arugula to a large bowl.
  2. Top with blackberries, avocado, cheese, and nuts.
  3. Whisk vinaigrette ingredients until emulsified.
  4. Drizzle dressing over salad just before serving.
