  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp oregano
  • 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cucumbers sliced
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Season shrimp and cook until opaque.
  2. Mash avocado with lime and garlic.
  3. Slice cucumbers into rounds.
  4. Top cucumber with avocado and shrimp.
  5. Garnish and serve.
