- In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole milk, granulated sugar, and pinch of salt. Stir until the sugar fully dissolves, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the vanilla extract, raspberry extract, lemon extract, and almond extract to the milk mixture. Stir well to incorporate the flavors.
- Stir in the blue food coloring gradually until you achieve a vibrant sky-blue shade.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream using a hand mixer on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the flavored milk mixture using a spatula until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for at least 6 hours.
- Scoop and serve once frozen.
