Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp lemon zest

Method
 

  1. Mash blueberries lightly.
  2. Mix cream cheese, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and zest.
  3. Stir in oats and protein powder.
  4. Fold in blueberries.
  5. Chill 20–30 minutes.
  6. Roll into bites and chill again.
