Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices bread sourdough recommended
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp butter softened

Equipment

  • Skillet or frying pan
  • Spatula

  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Butter bread slices and assemble sandwiches with cheese and blueberries.
  2. Heat skillet over medium heat and cook sandwiches until golden and cheese is melted.
  3. Slice and serve immediately, optionally garnished with honey or thyme.

Notes

Use fresh blueberries and medium heat for best results. Serve immediately.
