Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup light corn syrup
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 2 tbsp bourbon

Method
 

  1. Cook sugar, syrup, and butter until golden.
  2. Stir in bacon, bourbon, and vanilla.
  3. Add baking soda and spread immediately.
  4. Cool completely and break into pieces.

Notes

Work carefully with hot sugar.
