  • 8 mini pancakes
  • 6 mini waffles
  • 4 croissants halved
  • 2 cups scrambled eggs
  • 8 breakfast sausages beef or chicken
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese cubes
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 small jars jam strawberry or raspberry
  • 0.5 cup granola
  • 4 boiled eggs halved
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. Prepare pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, and boiled eggs.
  2. Wash fruit and slice strawberries and avocado.
  3. Place yogurt into a small serving bowl and top with granola if desired.
  4. Arrange larger items first on the serving board such as croissants, yogurt bowls, eggs, and sausages.
  5. Fill remaining spaces with fruit, cheese cubes, pancakes, waffles, avocado, and boiled eggs.
  6. Add jam jars and honey, then garnish with mint leaves.
  7. Serve immediately while warm items are fresh.

Notes

Assemble just before serving for the freshest presentation. Prepare most ingredients ahead to make morning setup easy and stress-free.
